Decolgen Forte — Cold & Nasal Congestion Relief

Active Ingredients: Paracetamol 500mg + Phenylephrine HCl 10mg + Chlorphenamine Maleate 2mg

Uses: Relieves cold symptoms including nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, and body pains. Helps clear sinus pressure and stuffy nose.

Dosage: Adults — 1 tablet every 6 hours.
