Description:

Kremil-S — Relief from Hyperacidity & Gas

Active Ingredients: Magnesium Hydroxide + Calcium Carbonate + Simethicone

Uses: Relieves symptoms of hyperacidity, heartburn, acid indigestion, bloating, and gas. Neutralizes excess stomach acid.

Dosage: Adults — 1–2 tablets to be chewed 3–4 times daily between meals or as needed.

⚠️ Warning: Do not take more than recommended dose. If symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, consult a doctor.
