4th UPDATE= RT-PCR test price in the Philippines are now lower. RT-PCR tests for the Coronavirus (Covid-19 Tests) in Metro Manila private hospitals and facilities changed following the Government guidelines. Now , prices range from P4,000 to P5,500, depending on the turnaround time for results

Cardinal Santos Medical Center

How to avail?
While walk-ins are allowed, patients are highly encouraged to book an appointment by creating an account on CSMC’s online portal.

Chinese General Hospital

Regular patient – P5,500
Senior citizens and persons with disabilities – P4,500
Express – P13,000
How to avail?
You can avail of the drive-thru testing by booking an appointment online. The hospital will send a text message a day before your appointment. Payment is made on the day itself.
Results are available in 3 to 5 days for regular patients, senior citizens, and PWDs. Patients who availed of the express PCR test can get their results within 24 to 48 hours.

Makati Medical Center

How to avail?
PCR tests are strictly by appointment only. To book an appointment, contact the MMC’s COVID-19 hotline +632 8888 8999 local 7335.
Testing can be done with or without a referral from a doctor, MMC told Rappler in an email.
Results are available within 28 to 48 hours, and can be viewed online.

Book an appointment by calling Red Cross hotline 1158. Patients who want to avail of the test can also secure their slot through the RC143 mobile application.
Results are released within 24 to 48 hours, according to the Philippine Red Cross.

Patients can also be tested at home, for an additional mobilization fee, provided that they live in the Greater Manila Area or Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna.

Tests are available from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

starting Nov 30 , 2020, covid-19 price range is 4000 to 5500 peso for the RT-PCR test , as was published in the news papers and media.
After that prices were lowered by all private laboratories and hospitals to comply with the government order.

Other Covid-19 Tests

There 3 types of Covid-19 Test: the golden standard test is Rt-PCR test, other less expensive and rapid tests are available. The antibodt test , result in 30 minutes , for 1200 pesos , and the swab antigen test , result also in 30 minutes , for around 2000 PHP.
