Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal are now under GCQ again, from August 19 to August 31, even the number of new infections continues to increase in these areas. What does it mean? What is the Covid-19 cases update in the Philippines

Shiftin again to GCQ means that nearly all industries will be allowed to reopen, also restaurants will resume dine-in operations, while religious activities and necessary gatherings may resume at 30% capacity. Non necessary bussineses and activities still are not allowed.
